In the final week, students reflect on sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, celebrating growth and planning future habits.

Why Choose This Course?

This final module helps children recognise how their everyday choices have shaped their wellbeing. Through creative expression and reflection, students will:

  • Celebrate how much they’ve learned and grown in body and mind

  • Write a heartfelt letter to their future self to preserve their healthy habits

  • Upload their personal Healthy Habits book to share with others

  • Take a fun, final quiz to earn a certificate of completion

Personal Reflection: Thinking deeply about how daily choices in food, sleep, and connection impact physical and mental wellbeing


Long-Term Goal Setting: Writing a letter to their future self to reinforce lasting healthy habits 


Creative Sharing: Uploading their Healthy Habits booklet to a digital library to help others learn and grow


Celebrating Growth: Completing a final quiz to demonstrate understanding and earn a certificate of achievement
